Terms of Sale and Returns
I aim to describe all items as fully and clearly as possible. If you have any queries, please contact me using the form provided on the 'Contact' page and I will respond as quickly as possible. I aim to post out within 2-3 working days of your order being received and paid for. During school holidays you may find a day or two added to this dispatch time. You will receive an email to update you of the progress of your order.
I am no longer ordering new stock and so all items showing as out of stock have sold out.
UK Buyers
All items include free UK Delivery via Royal Mail 2nd Class, or Evri courier service. You can choose to upgrade to 1st Class postage for a £1 supplement which will be shown as an option at checkout. All umbrellas have to be sent by Evri at the moment due to Royal Mail parcel length restrictions, so these cannot be sent First Class. If your order is extra urgent, please let me know by sending me an email to have the best chance of the fastest possible dispatch.
Overseas buyers
For orders from outside the UK delivery charges are calculated according to the weight of the item/s. These will be sent via Royal Mail's Standard Airmail parcel service.
Returns Policy
I hope that you'll love your item, but if you don't, please return it in its original condition, with tags, within 14 days of receipt and I will refund the selling price (please note I do not refund the return postage of unwanted goods). For swimwear, the hygiene sticker must remain in place & undamaged for a return to be accepted. If goods are faulty, please report any problems to me and I will dispatch replacement goods free of charge as soon as I receive the damaged goods back. If there are any problems at all please always contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve the issue.
